The files that they're implying were the soundtrack *are in a different folder*. Either way, the initial instructions did not apply to the final product. If it didn't unpack properly as some - including yourself - have stated, then it should have been a simple fix, but it's one that's between them and Steam - it isn't any fault of the user. Freeciv is a Free and Open Source empire-building strategy game inspired by the history of human civilization. If you navigated to the folder they stated, there was no soundtrack. The workaround everyone was using (and the release refers to) was recommended by a Firaxis member, but when you actually compare what the original soundtrack press release said and what people got, there was a disparity. They had failed to provide the OST as they said they would. However, they had provided it in a way that wasn't user friendly, so here's the fix for that.
